How long does the approval process take until I become an Ambassador?
Fill out the application (it only takes a few minutes) and we will review your application within a few working days.
How will I know if my application is approved?
Our team will carefully review your application and if yours is approved, then you'll receive an email confirming your acceptance and some promotion assets to help you get started.
For denials, we will also email you that your request has been rejected.
How are referrals tracked?
Upon acceptance into the Ambassador program, you will receive access to your own Ambassador dashboard where you can manage your affiliate links and/or coupons.
When customers purchase using your link or coupon, the sales will be credited to you and therefore earn commissions.
Especially with links, even if customers don’t place orders on the first visit, your affiliate cookie will be stored in their browsers and devices - which still earns you commissions when they later purchase as long as the cookie hasn't expired.
How do I get paid with your Ambassador program?
You will need a PayPal account. Alternatively, you can get paid with discounts converted from Store Credit (and avoid any tax implications).
When do I get paid with your Ambassador program?
When you successfully bring in orders, we will review these orders and pay for their commissions on the basis that both parties have agreed on.
We pay commissions at the beginning of the next month, 30 days after the customer has made their purchase. This is to take into account any returns and refunds. Note a minimum commission balance of $20 is required to receive your commissions via PayPal.
If you don't meet the minimum of balance, you can request your payout by contacting us at ambassadors@purelyte.com.au and it can manually be arranged. Note this will only be done two (2) times per Calander year.
Who is this Ambassador program for?
Everyone & anyone with an interest in our business: gym owners, personal trainers, coaches, bloggers, influencers, content creators, marketing agencies & more.
I am not in Australia. Can I still become an Ambassador?
Only people in Australia and New Zealand can apply. It should be noted that at this stage we only serve the Australian market.
Are there any special requirements I need to have to become an Ambassador?
To receive lifetime commissions, you will need to agree that you will not endorse or become an affiliate/ambassador with another electrolyte drink/product or brand that produces an electrolyte drink/product without approval from Purelyte prior. Otherwise Purelyte reserves the right to terminate your affiliate Ambassadorship, and you will no longer be able to be paid commissions.
Do I earn commissions on my own purchase?
No. Only Diamond Ambassadors who have reached certain requirements qualify to earn commission on their self-purchases.
What happens to my commission if products are returned and refunded?
You commission balance will be adjusted accordingly.
